Jacqui Fairbrass

Jacqui is the designer of EN:Lighten.  She is a founder and Creative Director of Fields of Learning Ltd and is a Master Executive Coach with the Association of Coaching and certified Systemic Team Coach with the Association of Executive Coaching. Her specialities include coaching senior leaders, developing high performing teams and enabling change within complex organisations.  Jacqui had an early career in education and training in the British Army and as a consultant in specialist UK training organisations and the UK Ministry of Defence

Kim Foster

Kim is the EN:Lighten Programme Director.  She is a founder and People Director of Fields of Learning and an experienced leadership trainer and executive coach who provides inspiring leadership and management development interventions to teams in the workplace and outdoors for blue chip companies and SMEs. She works with management and leadership teams within organisations to develop their mindset and capability, and focuses on new and innovative ways of working, always pushing for results and ROI. With a background in retail, and specialising in talent development and engagement, Kim transitioned across to consulting where, before becoming a founder and People Director of Fields of Learning, she was People and Change Director for a major HR consultancy. Having worked across many organisations in a number of sectors, and with a vast range of managers with different goals, behaviours and ways of working, Kim firmly believes that people and their engagement is fundamental to the success of any organisation.

Sue Macmillan

Sue is a leadership coach and facilitator who brings an open connection, attentive energy and insight to her clients, helping them develop their own self-awareness and motivation to embrace change in order to improve and develop their effectiveness as individuals and leaders. The latest research in neuroscience underpins her coaching and facilitation work with individuals and teams experiencing change and transition.
